This Ground Zero walking tour begins Battery Park where host will take you past Wall St & the NY Stock exchange as we head towards ground zero. We will visit St Paul's Chapel, known as the “Little Chapel That Stood”know as the oldest public building still actively used in NYC. It was a miracle that this church survived all the falling debris of the World Trade Center located 1 block away. Being so close family of missing loved ones used the fence as a bulletin board to post signs looking for missing family members becoming the heart of the rescue days following the brutal attack. We will visit The Fire Department of New York Memorial wall seeing what the first responders faced & did on this day & fire station located at ground zero. Entering ground zero or the National 9/11 Memorial built in memory of the 2,753 victim of World Trade Center attack as the plane crashed into Tower 1 & 2. Upgrade to 911 National September 11 Museum.
